installing programs on Nokia phones using the mac

Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone has been able to successfully connect one of 
the Nokia Symbian phones to a macintosh. What I'm interested in doing is 
installing the Mobile Speak screen reader. Can this be done either using USB 
or Blue tooth?
