Actually the command to go to the VoiceOver Utility is VO keys F8.

also, you all seem to have much more blind time under your belt,
listening to the issues you are having with your computers sounds
so out of my reach as now, I have to laugh.I have only been blind
for just 2 years and a mac user for only a little bit. thank you all.
