I'd sure like to know how to open the Mini. I'd try upgrading the
older G4 we have with a bit more ram. It's a nice box, but a bit slow
and more ram might do the trick. It's only got 512Mb at this point.

they take standard 2.5 drives along with laptop ram, both of which are
meant to be replaceable by the user.
Plus, if its that old, you'll probably have a 5400 rpm drive so you
should see a noticeable difference if you get a 7200.
