your app is accessible to vo with no teaking of the assistive technology 
necessary.

I won'der how long it will be before a windows screen reader functions with 
opera even though it is ready to go on its side.

I believe Opera actually does now expose content and functionality to
MSAA on Windows.

This doesn't get you very far since MSAA is far too coarse for complex
applications, especially web applications. It will likely require
further collaboration between Opera and Windows screen reader developers
to obtain acceptable results.
