Sadly, the fact is that things WON'T change. Ask anyone at the website
list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). I tried to get the front-page image changed many
times, all to no avail. I tried make simple changes to the front page. But
nothing. I tried to make very MINOR edits to the contribution page (which
is supposed to be my project) but nope, nothing. Back in January I tried
to improve the usability of the front page. There was lots of discussion,
lots of work done. It's something that should have been done in a week.
Today, two months later, there's nothing. That's why people feel like
this:

Please, do go ahead and take a poll from the website list. Make a list of
members who have participated in the last 3 months. Contact each one off
list and ask them:

On a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is 'completely disagree' and 10
is 'completely agree', please rate the following statements:

   * I have real influence on the OOo website.
   * My contributions are appreciated.
   * The website is dynamic and changes often.
   * The website is clear and easy to use.

Please, do go ahead and make that poll (off-list). And please post the
results.

Cheers,
