This site proposal is really wonderful.
A giant step for end-user involvement in bug report. In additin to teh clean appearence, the key points are the linked explanations of terms (I see that there is work to to yet) and the pre-emptive search in advance to avoid duplicates.
Developers do need more granularity in their classification of issues and to assing states to them, and subcomponents of OOo framework, that may be done in the database and exposed in the developer's frontend to issue database, not the user's one.
