And how exactly are all these bricks "coming from" ? It's not easy to setup the organisation you need to get all these data flow in place. Office tools to do it at whoefully inadequate. Sure you can pay for a customized file server to host them but that's out of the reach of SOHO's and lots of work for even bigger organisations. Documents just don't end up in the right place to be sourced from all by themselves. If you don't solve this part master documents will be used only by a few people belonging to corporations that managed to put this plumbing in place. ie a rich man toy.
