In any big project there will be times where people feel they are not
getting heard. The real issue is to make it clear that very motivated
and active people are valued even if they have some "idiosyncracies".
Work round these or help them overcome them if possible. Lower any
barriers to participation as far as is sensibly possible. People are the
only significant resource in the community so investing in people seems
a sensible thing to do. Its why education and training areso important
to any developed economy.
