Still, it would make more sense to let the user select what language they want to use in the language section, rather than set arbitrary locales. This is a technical issue, if what you say was intended than there should be a lot of other options such as Armenian (Turkey), Spanish (US), Basque (Spain), Macedonian (Greece/Romania?), Chechen (Russia) etc. I'm just trying to point out a technical inconsistency here.
