Except for having the send button on the toolbar I don't see that any
other changes in the GUI are really required.
Personally I have a preference for plain text mail only.
Formatting overloads my mail-box, and the more formatting, the more
problems with replying, forwarding etc. (in my and others' mailboxes)
If formatting really adds something to the content, I use an attachment.
