It is much easier to find information in Issuezilla, than on the wiki. There is no rhyme or reason to the way the wiki is currently disorganized. When I say use a wiki, I'm using the model that wikipedia uses. One top level for each language, and categories within the language. I know that this will transfer a lot of power to the individual l10n projects, and away from the rest of the protected turfs that are symptoms and consequences of the cathedral model, and bloated bureaucracies that have no function except to throw paper darts at each other. > It seems to me that the Wiki has been an addon which we haven't figured out > how to deal with in terms of promotion and so forth. The wiki was created as a way to work around some of the issues of using collabnet. Whoever set it up, decided that the status quo should stay, not realizing that OOo needs a major shake-up to survive. Seriously, OOo is a failed software project. xan jonathon --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
