I will second this as well. Some of our services have gone to Sharepoint and have become unusable to Linux users. This has pushed many users to not look at corporate info pages due to error messages.

There are many CRM applications available, some are even free.

SugarCRM, O3Spaces and CentricCRM are some of the CRM solutions that are available at the moment. There are other solutions like Zimbra backend and others conformant solution.
