Yep - the extension only provides a document import, i.e. you get a
new Draw document per svg file. You don't miss anything - it's a
(technical) limitation of the extension.

Right, looked at that & backported a few fixes from 3.0 to the 2.4.1
branch - you might want file Ubuntu an issue to update their 2.4.1
packages (or wait for 3.0, which is due in autumn).
