Thanks for sharing your concerns. We always have to be careful.
But since the people on the OOo community council will be ones that are
known and accepted in the community, recognized for their (code)
contributions, I don't expect the problems you think of, that are more
likely to happen with gremia where people are appointed by
/representatives of external parties etc.
