Hi...
Please forgive the overly-long subject line...
I'm looking to see if anyone has developed a questionnaire
("instrument"... whatever), for assessing how open software
development personnel are to adopting new technologies; i.e. new
languages, new tools, etc.
I know that such instruments exist for other sectors, such
as regular PC users and medical people, but I'm not sure about
software developers themselves.
