I may have misspoken. I was not asking a general question
about how willing software developers were as a whole to adopt
new technologies. Rather I was looking for a questionnaire,
i.e. to give to experimental subjects, assessing how willing
those individuals are to adopt new technologies. This would
help us in blocking in an experimental design and would allow
us to see whether their willingness to adopt new technologies
is correlated with some other measures. Sorry for the
confusion.
