At last night's meeting, it became pretty apparent that it isn't clear if we use Consensus with blocking or voting to decide on proposals.
Here's what the Unified SYNHAK Code says about it: You need to be at the deciding meeting to block consensus or otherwise contribute to the decision. We don't use voting. We use consensus and always have. I've added the {{Banner_policy}} tag to reflect that. Not reading the wiki isn't an excuse for making up statements about how we govern ourselves. A friendly reminder that the USC is meant to be the comprehensive documentation about what we've consensed upon at the space. <3
