Tommy: PM tools are a somewhat broad category - are you seeking just something to display Gantt charts, or do you need resource allocation/leveling, ability to load costs, and other full-fledged features found in MS-Project? If you broaden your search to also include PSA (for professional services automation) you should come across something on SourceForge.
