On other thought is that of any versioning software you may have integrated
into FB e.g. Subclipse, Subversive etc.... It is possible to set up
scheduled synchronization, prompting a refresh of your file structure, and
thus a rebuild of the compiled application if you have auto-build set. I
actually rely on this, as I've several projects with shared resources that
must be synched for changes to propagate.

Probably not your problem, but I thought I'd mention.
