Assuming you're on Windows, what you do is locate the icon/menu entry you
click to start Flex Builder, right click, and click "Properties"

You should see an entry labeled "target".  Add the "-clean" to the end of
the asociated text, save, and run.

Then, go back and remove the "-clean"
