Yes, that worked! I see what you mean; it does take longer to bring up
FB with -Clean.

Thanks, again!

Assuming you're on Windows, what you do is locate the icon/menu entry
you click to start Flex Builder, right click, and click "Properties"

You should see an entry labeled "target". Add the "-clean" to the end
of the asociated text, save, and run.

Then, go back and remove the "-clean"

I am not using the Eclipse plugin. Is there a way to add the -clean to
Flex Builder? I tried adding it to Flex.exe -clean but that didn't work.

I am going to rebuild the project too as others have suggested.

Thanks everyone for all the help!

I suggest trying a clean start. Do this by adding "-clean" without the
quotes to your startup params. eg, eclipse.exe -clean.

Please forgive me if I'm missing the point, but has turning off the

I stopped the automatic build workspace for now. I have seen it Refresh
the Workspace before but not like this - as soon as it stops it starts
again even though I have not made any changes.

I see this entry in the log file:

!ENTRY org.eclipse.core.resources 4 1 2009-02-12 09:19:11.028

!MESSAGE Problems occurred refreshing resources

!SUBENTRY 1 org.eclipse.core.resources 4 1 2009-02-12 09:19:11.028

My Flex Builder 3 seems to be stuck in a "Refreshing Workspace" loop. It
just keeps rebuilding my application over and over. How do I stop this?
I tried exiting and restarting but that didn't work.

Thanks!
