The ColdFusion .NET service wouldn't have anything to do with this, would
it?  That service is running on the working test-server, but it's not
running on the new live-server...

The only other difference I can see between the two systems is that the new
live-server has version 9.0.0.251028 installed, whereas the test-server has
9.0.1.274733 installed...  Could *that* be the issue?
