But, before we start discussing the opportunity of incorporating a new legal entity for SME Server, I think we need first to evaluate where we stand regarding the current official/legal SME 'body', namely (to name only a few): - Where is SME Server, Inc currently located? - Is there any URL out there where we can look the official incorporation terms of SME Server, Inc? - Who incorporated SME Server, Inc? - Who is currently accountable for SME Server, Inc? - What assets does SME Server, Inc currently have? - What is the current financial status/position of SME Server, Inc? .......
