I assume (as per my previous post and question) that you are talking
about the contribs.org/SME distribution here and not another body
specifically called SME Server Inc ???

If so regarding contribs.org I can advise as follows :

There is no incorporated body for contribs.org/SME

As contribs.org/SME is not incorporated there are no terms etc

N/A/ as it isn't

No one particularly. Shad effectively manages the PayPal account.

None, apart from a few dollars in the PayPal account which is used to
help pay for Shads server infrastructure that hosts contribs.org (and we
are seriously in his debt right now)

Absolutely f*cking dire.... ;-)

Essentially there is no structure or organisation or management of contribs.

Hence I am trying to sort something out so we can make some proper
proposals for the future management of SME.

As there are no rules, I can really do what I want :-) Just the same as
anyone else.

If you read some of the recent list discussions, and the wiki page on
the future of SME that I wrote, you will see that I didn't really choose
to do 'lead' this, but no one else stood up.

I suggested some things there, and seeing as no one objected, I have got
on with the job.

As I mentioned previously, I should be able to announce some ideas for
discussion later this week.

Nothing is fixed, or definite. No 'decisions' have been made. But we
have made a little progress.

I look forward to posting soon.
