Discussions on the way forward were held earlier in the year (PLEASE go read the mailing list archives to properly familiarise yourself with things) I have already headed up a number of us who are interested in the future of SME, and we have already made a start on this. We will be making an announcement shortly on some proposals for the future. You have 'missed the boat' somewhat. We are in the process of forming a 'Board' and will be moving to 'incorporate' SME (or whatever name we agree) shortly. Proposals for this will appear soon. The Board will merely be there to supervise the finances of SME. I also have a couple of other groups looking at making proposals for business development, system development etc etc Your suggestion c) was tried before, but as no one could agree anything, nothing happened, and hence why we are in the mess we are. As a result we are doing things a little differently this time. Would you please hold off anything else until we have posted our proposals for the future, and then join in the discussion and advise how and where you intend to help. In the meantime, please help work on SME v9 to get it out of the door or there will be NO future worth discussing.
