Over a period of two to three weeks there were a series of disagreements
between HF and other board members both Greg and I tried to resolve
these issues as it was affecting the ability of the board to work
together but in the end HF chose to resign from the board. HF's main
concerns were about the speed at which were proceeding or lack of. The
current board is united in that we are all working to make SME best in
breed. Though we may have strong opinions on how to best achieve this
and hold many discussions on the subject. We are making steady progress
on what we feel needs to be done to have a solid foundation on which to
build SME's future.
