This is somewhat par for the course lately.   The number of yes votes is
far less important, than the lack of no votes.   We aren't seeing any kind
of an outcry that forming a foundation to oversee the project as a bad
thing.  Quite the opposite actually.   I've seen nothing but praise and
affirmation from most, if not all, of the major players in this project.
 That's what's really important, not a large voter turnout.

It is what it is.  Speaking only for myself, I don't feel one way or the
other about it.   I do feel good that several of the major contributors to
this project have expressed their support and satisfaction with what is
being done.
