Statement is posted anonymously, but evidently either written or at least approved by Mr. Kuhn. To add hypocrisy, while being entitled “Richard Stallman does not and cannot speak for the free software movement”, it reads as it _they_ who henceforth will speak for the free software movement. It’s rumoured, that it was one of the major actors, that influenced Dr. Stallman to retreat.
