1) Can someone please explain (with some example) which decisions can be made using the electronic vote?
2) I think that there is a one too many אילו in the sentence
3) I think using normal mail to send the annoncement is over kill, What would happen if someone just moved or the mail got stuck?
4) What happens if hamakor web site falls before vote and people can't see the annoncement? Does it invalidate it?
I think there should be some protection that not even vaad members would be able to view and especialy manualy change the votes.
I also don't think anyone should be able to see the vote before it is over. And the system should not keep logs of who voted for what
but it should keep log of who voted when and from where.
