I'm a great believer of anonymous voting, I think the main reason for using hand
is because using notes is adding a lot over overhead on the other hand in computer
voting it's just a one time efford.

General assembly votes are not annonymous. In a physical assembly voting is
held by show of hands. There is no reason to keep the votes hidden.
