1) If the random key should be 24 hours before, what happened if a person for one reason or another doesn't get his/her key? Does email problem reaching one person's
specific email invalidate the whole vote?

2)The irc part is vague, can we use only networks that support that specific protocol with no extentions?What happens if someone uses colors during the discussion?
What happen if there is a netsplit or would hamakor run a dedicated server?The server is off?At what point should the channel be annonced?How long before are you allowed to change it? How can people who can't write or people who can't see participate? and the בלבד in the end of the sentence is out of place IMOH as it can be read as making sure only people with who uses free IRC client can participate. BTW in what langauge would the discussions be?what encoding would you use?

3)How would you make sure the log is not tampred with?

4)What's the voting system?How would it work?How would it make sure to keep privacy of the voters? Would it also be on irc?if so what would happen if for some reason some person can't connect?

5) Why do we need 2 groups for voting?Isn't one enough? ( I never saw anything like that anywhere else)

6) I think you should need 10% of the people to revote or the chairman deciding about it, I don't think any person should be able to just cancell the vote.
