I think this retirement at this gentle stage may cause problems, in

I don't know why Orna is acting this way, and why she is trying to ruin
Hamakor from the inside.

I appologize for my statements regarding Orna's resignation. She of course
has the right to resign at any time. I was irritated by the resignation
because I also plan to resign (You might remember planned to do so since
August), but obliged to continue acting as a board member until the end of
my term for the good of Hamakor.
Based on the current situation with the financial report, and the very
short time frame I concluded that having full elections now will hurt
Hamakor, and thus I recommended we wait until the next assembly.
The "Minhal Takin" rules state that an Amuta will not get the "Minahl
Takin" permit if it is in a stasis due to internal power struggles. These
resignations do not to good to the Amuta, especially when there is not
enough time to have proper elections.
I really hope that there will be enough volunteers for board in the
upcoming elections, otherwise there is a real possibility that Hamakor will
no longer exist.

  Thank you,
    Alon
