Actually I'm not sure this is correct. The license is actually the BSD one, but derived in the standard way. So it's not

OK so since the repositories contain the modified BSD license text as a file I need to add them using the setup.py in order to
make the downloadable files 'correct'. Our original source distribution files did have thee files, but they were assembled by a
shell script rather than distutils and are now 'invalid' for upload using twine.
