I cannot reproduce this problem. It works just fine for me. See attached sample files.I just started using Troubleshooting Notes in my DITA documents. The troubleshooting icon is not appearing in my output and the troubleshooting text does not appear in a table cell as the other note types do. Are they supposed to? If so, is there something more I need to do on my end? Please explain.I am using XSL Utility 5.4.5 and transforming to DOCX.
Please make sure1) to set the "type" attribute of element <note> to "trouble" (not "troubleshooting");
2) to pass XSL Utility parameter use-note-icon="yes".I've not tested this with XSL Utility 5.4.5 (latest version is 5.4.6) but I think that, out of the box, it should work too.
If you did (1) and (2) and it does not work for you, then this issue may be caused by your XSL stylesheets customizations. (Just trying to guess.)
