I use tips and important notes on a regular basis, and they format properly.
It's just the trouble note that is not formatting properly. I'm really confused

using XSL Utility 5.4.6. See attached screenshot.
Just guessing:
- Do you have an icon when you generate PDF? (Please don't forget to set
use-note-icon="yes" for this conversion too.)
- Just in case, please retry after
1) Making a backup of your user preferences directory.
%APPDATA%\XMLmind\FOConverter\
Example: C:\Users\julie\AppData\Roaming\XMLmind\FOConverter\.

2) Deleting your user preferences directory to restore the “factory
settings”.
3) Restarting XSL Utility.
4) This also means that you'll have to specify use-note-icon="yes" again
after restarting XSL Utility because by default, note icons are not
generated.
