What we will need will depend on two things, how many people are going
to be there and whether the people doing the real work expect to have
something to present and discuss in that time frame.
(I just grabbed organizing diversity@ participation in ApacheCon NA
because it is something constructive I can do. I don't have any
expertise in solutions to diversity problems.)

We have BoF space available if you're talking about just a one-session
kind of thing. And we have full (or half) day tracks available if you're
looking at doing something more ambitious.
