If this is vital (for which I'm not a great judge) then it can only happen by actually calculating the date, not just by choosing something "motivating". And calculating means that every feature should be divided into pieces that are fully designed and scheduled. It's very hard and, you know, *boring* and it's why I think nobody will do this (I wouldn't :-) ).
