This is a reasonable concern, but it probably isn't as big a problem as you think. Marking a ticket 'ready for checkin' is the most immediate path to getting attention, yet we're not flooded with malicious state changes. Yes, it does occur, but it is easy to identify and easy to fix when it happens. A bug/feature keyword won't give you anywhere as much attention, but it will help us filter out features from the list of work we need to focus on.
