I'd be willing to help organize one in the Triangle area of North Carolina (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). We're just getting a Django Users Group setup (TriDjUG) and there is already a thriving Python Users Group (TriZPUG) in the area. I'm sure we could get a decent turn out.
