It's important to list things like this. The fact that it's impossible to list every possible one is not a good reason not to list some. No-one thinks that their behaviour is objectionable, otherwise they wouldn't be doing it. Explicitly mentioning particular examples of behaviour helps make it harder for someone to "not realise" that what they are doing is unwelcome.
