I will send the debug headers to both of you off list. That said, I think I know what triggers the SSL error. The third party server runs Communigate which has a horrible (IMHO) list manager. What's happening is that someone is writing to list at thirdparty.com and cc'ing another at thirdparty.com. Communigate rewrites those headers, sending it _to_ both parties, or reversing the to and cc, etc. Ugh. Doesn't sound like a DKIM problem. That still doesn't explain the sendmail test case, but that's a contrived test, so I'm not really worried about that at the moment...
