There did appear to be a change in DMARC reporting from Microsoft last week.
The impact however, has been minimal. Return Path noticed the change in
Microsoft's DMARC sending behavior earlier in the week and then a total drop
off late Thursday. We notified Microsoft who then restored DMARC reports by
Friday afternoon. We saw a marginal impact to our customers due to multiple
aggregate sources, and thanks to Microsoft's direct response.

For those dependent on DMARC only, we expect a gap in reporting since the
disruption that lasted nearly ~20 hours didn't get backfilled. This begs the
question to the community around expectations for DMARC reports?
In case of disruptions in the flow, should ISPs backfill the gaps or just move
forward?
