v=spf1 mx +all is absolutely NOT the worlds best spf start record. Publish that 
and you are claiming that any mail sent from anywhere is yours - including any 
spam, phishing, malware laden badness that uses your domain. This is what's 
called putting a "kick me" sign on your back.
