I have mutt hooks to ensure that my Reply-To is set correctly whenever I'm on
the postfix mailing list.  Unfortunately, the advent of top
posting/gmail/smartphones has changed the group consensus on what's acceptable
header etiquette on a list.  I'd love it if a listmanager did some kind of
hygiene on behalf of the users (setting a reply-to, etc.)
