Sorry I wasn't clear about my core point:  Changes to a protocol should
involve changes to the protocol.

There is nothing about DKIM-Delegate that changes DKIM.

So, changing DKIM to accommodate -Delegate is artificial and merely adds
complexity to the engine unnecessarily.
