Cheers for the info guys

Looks like a second hand Supernova should do it

Can they make that hollow bass? (like Golden Fingers on 31 records or the
old acid house Detroit bass or nice Good Looking sub bass) these are the
things i need in the mix, besides i know the pads are good....

I have a Supernova that I *love*. I don't know about
prices anymore, but choosing a II over a I because of
the presets makes no sense. You should be designing
your own sounds on a board with this kind of
capabilities.

I can't think of *any* sound I can't make on my
Supernova. That being said, there are other boards
that are better for making certain sounds (the Virus
for bass, for example). I think the SNII has audio
inputs though, turning it into a programmable effects
box, which is a good reason to choose it. But I have
my Nord Modular for that. :)

cheers
