A word of warning: I fell back to win98 SE from XP and it screwed it, big time. The uninstall left bits of XP everywhere! However, that WAS a trial version of XP. Since then I've had to re-install win98.
One other thing, if you don't need internet access, grab urselves a copy of 98lite (www.98lite.net). Its free and allows you to remove Internet Explorer and all its related shit from win98, which speeds windows up no end!!
