>To pick up an expensive sample cd just because its from the Reinforced
camp, when you can download all those stabs spending an >hour on the
internet is just silly. Heres why the whole sample cd thing really bugs me
tho:

Where do you think all those sounds on the internet came from in the fist
place? Did they just form spotanteous from the flotsam and jetsam of the
web? Sure it's great if you download them all for free (to you), but
somebody paid for that CD and put them up there, so the rest of us
cheapskates could get at them.

>MOVIE SOUNDTRACKS!!! and no, I dont mean obvious shit like Blade Runner,
and I dont mean ripping blatant vocal samples >either. Rent a good horror,
sci fi, or slick action movie. Hook the TV up to your PC/CD/audio tape and
record. Most modern >movies are filled with excellent mood-setting
ambience, with all the "drama" built in. Youll be surprised at just how
"techno" most >non-sci-fi movies are- synthesizers are in nearly EVERY
modern movie.

Good tip. Better yet, get ahold of a DVD player and get the same sounds
without all the noise and analog lossiness. Or hookup a fast connection and
download DivX versions of your favorie movies from Morpheus/Kazaa.

>BTW Theres GOLD on The Replacement Killers..

Yeah, it's called "Crystal Method". Go find their album "Vegas" and you'll
have the soundtrack to the movie.

>Hip Hop sample CDs!!! Again, alot of them try to emulate the old funk
style of the 80's and so have alot of well -programmed >ghost notes. And
jeezus, get p2p program and download the freekin winston's track already...

I'm confused. It's okay to use a sample CD as long as it say "Hip Hop"
instead of "Drum n Bass" on the cover?

<goes and shoots self>

ez, mate, it's not worth all that.....

peace. trust.
