I'm intrigued!
Please explain how you can pick out the difference between a sampled, or created bassline in a trax. Excluding the obvious such as 'identical to well known sampled trax', or 'badly sampled bassline'.
Peace
Martyn

The key to making a good bass is knowing your audio theory well..
and knowing what to add a touch of and what to add alot of.
Knowing where to place it & where to space it.
You can spend hours & hours trying to get one and still not have it,
don't get frustrated, just keep trying.. you'll get it one day, and it will
be worth it..
When i figured out my formula for it, i was as happy as a little school
girl.
and you realize all the time you spent to get the enlightenment, was more
than worth it.
Now, having done that, I can instanlty pick out a sampled bass sound in
a tune and it kinda disgusts me that half of what makes up drum & bass
is being ripped off so readily. Even by big name guys.
Don't be one of those guys.
