Also, you cannot simply (legally) publish your t&c as you are not mandated to answer for third party property owners. In much the same way as you cannot create a contract with someone to rob a bank. To rip the dam from underneath the duck: You cannot legally resolve a non google IP number as "google.com" just because your t&c says you can do whatever you want.
